The 2nd China Korea Japan Appraisal Conference
To promote the healthy development of real estate appraisal industry in China, Korea and Japan, enhance the communication and cooperation between real estate corporations and professionals from? the three countries, The 2nd China Korea Japan Appraisal Conference was held in Beijing, China, from Sep 10 to Sep 11 2015, co-hosted by China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (CIREA), Korea Association of Property Appraisers (KAPA), Japan Association of Real Estate Appraisers (JAREA)
Ms. Du Juan, President of CIREA, and Mr. Gao Zhiyong, Director of the Department of Supervision of Real Estate Market from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC, and Mr. KUMAKURA, Takaji, President of JAREA, and Mr. KIM, Yun Chul, the Planning Director of KAPA, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. In addition, Vice President and Secretary General of CIREA, Mr.Chai Qiang, and Vice President of CIREA, Mr.Liao Junping, Mr.Zhai Meng, Mr.Song Shenghua, Mr.Wang Bo, Mr.Yan Xundong, Mr.Gao Ju ?attended the opening ceremony as well.
The theme of the Conference is Diversification and Globalization of Real Estate Appraisal Business. Professionals from Korea, Japan, Taiwan of China, Hong Kong of China and mainland had a further communication on types of real estate appraisal and how to achieve the diversification; real estate appraisal companies how to grow to international corporations， how to develop jointly, how to develop overseas business? etc.?
