Article 1. The full name of CIREA is China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents.
Article 2. CIREA is a national self-discipline organization in real estate appraisal and agency industries, which is composed of professionals, companies and institutions related to appraisal and agency activities.
Article 3. The mission of CIREA is to observe the Constitution, laws, regulations and policies of the People’s Republic of China (PRC); to obey social morality and professional ethics; to unite and organize the professionals, institutions and the relevant units to study; to communicate on the real estate appraisal and agency industry; to draw up the practicing standards and rules; to strengthen self-discipline administration and international communication and co-operations, in order to improve the service standard of the professionals and institutions; to protect their legal rights and interests, and to promote the industry to maintain a sustained and sound development.
Article 4. CIREA operates under the direction of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC, and works under the supervision of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC.
