2023 CIREA TOP 10 Significant Work
First, Achieved a milestone in key events. CIREA Promoted the establishment of Housing Rental Symposium for the first time at the 2023 World Cities Day China Observance, which was Successfully Held and fully recognized by all parties.
Second, Historical breakthrough in social organization standard construction. CIREA issued two organization standards as follows, Real estate agent professionals registration certificate(Electronic license specification) and Guidelines for protecting client personal information in Real Estate Agents Services, ending the history without organization standards.
Third, Steady progress in examination work. For the first time, the new Real Estate Appraiser Qualification Examination was fully completed, and the whole process of marking papers for real estate appraisers and real estate brokerage professionals was electronic and paperless for the first time.
Fourth, Earned Special honors for a professional report. Blue Book of Real Estate: Annual Report On The Development Of China's Real Estate No.19 (2022), edited by CIREA, won the first prize of the "Excellent Book Award "by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences（CASS）, being the only industry economy category report among the 16 first prizes in 2023.
Fifth, Achievements through top-down collaboration. With some local housing and urban-rural development authorities and associations, CIREA achieved data sharing，such as the performance of real estate appraisal agencies and the registration of real estate brokerage professionals，the value of information and data has been comprehensively improved.
Sixth, Breakthroughs in support for Tibet. For the first time, CIREA offered support to the Tibet Autonomous Region by holding continuing education training courses on judicial evaluation of real estate freely.
Seventh, update information development. Enhanced information security management systems and frameworks, and passed the network security level protection evaluation (Level III) with high scores in the security evaluation of the network platform system.
Eighth, Excellent financial management performance. Ranked among the top associations in the 2023 financial inspection of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
