CIREA held a National Real Estate Brokerage and Housing Rental Industry Organization Communication Meeting

On May 23th, CIREA held a National Real Estate Brokerage and Housing Rental Industry Organization Communication Meeting in Wuhan, in order to strengthen communication and collaboration with local real estate brokerage and housing rental industry organizations, and jointly promote high-quality industry development. Dr. Chai Qiang, President of CIREA, attended the meeting and delivered a speech; Ms. Wang Xia, Vice Secretary-General of CIREA, hosted the meeting.
At the meeting, Ms. Wang Xia, Vice Secretary-General of CIREA, introduced CIREA's recent key work arrangements, including the real estate agent professionals' qualification examinations, registration, and information sharing with local associations etc. Industry organization leaders from Wuhan, Beijing, Hefei, Henan, and other regions shared their experiences.
Ms. Fu Lingling, Secretary-General of the Wuhan Real Estate Brokerage and Leasing Association, introduced the association's efforts in empowering by regulatory authorities, using online contract signing and property verification as key measures to carry out the work of rating real estate brokers, as well as the experience related to the strengthening of the Association's own development.
Mr. Zhao Qingxiang, Secretary-General of the Beijing Real Estate Agency Association, gave a speech at the meeting,

Mr. Zhao Qingxiang, Secretary-General of the Beijing Real Estate Agency Association, discussed how to collaborate with government authorities, actively find the role of associations in industry management, and better standardize the development of the housing rental industry.
Ms. Wu Yan, Secretary-General of the Hefei Housing Rental Association,gave a speech at the meeting,

Ms. Wu Yan, Secretary-General of the Hefei Housing Rental Association, introduced the self-regulation management of the Hefei housing rental industry, and shared experiences in providing diversified services for different types of housing rental enterprises based on industry characteristics, formulating practical and effective self-discipline management measures for the industry.
Ms. Mao Zijian, Vice President of the Henan Province Association of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents, gave a speech at the meeting,

Ms. Mao Zijian, Vice President of the Henan Province Association of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents, introduced the First Henan Province Real Estate Agents Skills Competition, which provided a valuable reference for other regions to carry out related work through the introduction of the preliminary preparation, pre-competition preparation, the competition process, and the post-competition summary.

Dr. Chai Qiang, President of CIREA, pointed out that our industry organizations should strengthen ourselves by enhancing own development and professional capabilities. On the one hand, we should study the relevant laws, regulations, policy requirements of regulatory authorities, and ensuring implementation. On the other hand, we should guide enterprises to be standardized, prevent business risks, as well as the risks of industry monopoly and market manipulation, etc. Dr. Chai Qiang stated that CIREA will increase support for local industry organizations to grow bigger and stronger.
The meeting was jointly co-organized by Wuhan Real Estate Brokerage and Leasing Association. A total of 37 provincial and municipal real estate brokerage and housing rental industry organization principals across China attended the meeting.
